Where is Pup Pass available?+
Pup Pass is live in Minneapolis–St. Paul and expanding to Chicago. If you're outside those metros, claim your listing and we'll add you to the waitlist for when Pup Pass launches in your market.

Pup Pass has 1,000+ paying members across our active markets, and the broader Sidewalk Dog newsletter and directory audience is much larger again. Partners are featured across all of it.
What kind of offer should I create?+
Free perks only — Pup Pass is a one-time redemption per member per subscription, so the offer needs to feel like a real free gift. A free pup cup, a free first drink, a free appetizer, or a free service add-on all work great. We don't allow BOGOs or percentage-off discounts.

How long does the partnership last?+
Partnerships typically run 12–18 months depending on the market — each DMA has its own season calendar tied to when passes are sold and redeemed. Partners commit to honoring passes through the end of the term so members get the experience they paid for.
