Things to Do Near Minneapolis and St. Paul This Weekend
1. Live Music at River Siren Brewing Co.

River Siren jams every weekend with local musicians and this weekend is no exception. Between the lively dog-friendly patio (when Mother Nature allows), cozy indoor seating (puppers are invited inside!), and local food delivery options, pup’ll be beggin’ to come back. Pro tip: Take a stroll across the historic Lift Bridge before the tunes start to get the zoomies out.
2. Sniff Out Unleashed Hounds & Hops

The temps are droppin’ and floof’s gonna be looking for a new place to pounce and play with furry besties. This indoor dog park will be Fido’s fave spot all winter long. All you gotta do is register your pup, purchase your daily pass, grab a bevy and snack from the bar, and watch pupper’s tail wag in their off-leash, indoor dog haven!
3. Beerthday Party
Luce Line Brewing, Minneapolis
Saturday, November 19, 12–10 p.m.
Calling all brewery pups! Help Luce Line celebrate their 2nd Beerthday by bringing your lil pupsqueek out for a brewski on Saturday. They’ll be celebrating all doggone day with food trucks, a DJ (to shake your paw paws), special sales, and giveaways. Enjoy their award-winning brews and seltzers in their cozy taproom or on their heated patio.
4. Dog Days with Healing Hearts Rescue
Lakes and Legends Brewing Co., Minneapolis
Sunday, November 20, 2–4 p.m
Leash up pup and take a trip to Lakes and Legends Brewing to enjoy a pint while “petting the stress away” at this adoption event. The whole pack is invited, so bring the human and furry kiddos with you. Come to pet, cuddle, and maybe even adopt a pup from Healing Hearts Rescue. I mean, what’s better than pups and pints?
5. Soothe the Sunday Scaries
Feeling antsy about the weekend coming to a close? Cruise over to the North Loop in Minneapolis for a Sunday fun-day. Start off at FRGMNT Coffee to kick off the day with a latte, bakery treats, and head pats from their fur-loving baristas. Once you get your paws on some caffeine, head to the North Loop Play Area to get those zoomies out and meet a furry bestie or two. Just be sure you have an off-leash park permit and Minneapolis pet license first. Lastly, pounce on over to Modist Brewing Company to round out the day with a brew or hard seltzer and toast to a weekend well-spent.
