Things to Do Near Minneapolis This Weekend

1. Drink for Dogs

Unleashed Hounds and Hops, Minneapolis
Thursday, September 29, 4–8 p.m.

Doggo loves to eat, and even better to chow down for a bark-worthy cause at an indoor dog park! Unleashed Hounds and Hops is donating 10% of all grub and bevy sales to Dogtopia Foundation. The folks at Dogtopia Foundation are committed to an awesome mission of funding service dog training for military veterans who are returning home with physical and emotional challenges.

2. Uptown Dog Fair

Greenway and E. Bde Maka Ska Parkway, Uptown Minneapolis
Saturday, October 1, 10 a.m.–5 p.m

Cheers to the borking weekend by stopping by the 2nd annual Uptown Dog Fair. Get floof a few new accessories for the fall season by shopping the dog vendors, get your paws on locally-made treats, and talk pup-shop with the rescue organizations that are attending. Pupper can even get her own caricature portrait drawn! It’ll be a doggone good time.

3. Tour de Hard Cider Taprooms

It’s that time of year—time for all things apple spice and everything nice. We both know pupper is just beggin’ to visit all the local cideries to get a taste of fall. Kick off the tour by grabbing a pint at Minneapolis Cider Co., where dogs are always welcome on the patio. Pounce over to Number 12 Cider to get a cider flight and drool-worthy, wood-fired ‘za. Finish off at Sociable Cider Werks, where floof can belly up to the bar for one more brew.

Things to Do Near St. Paul This Weekend
