The Daycare You Choose When You Want Your Dog to Feel Right at Home

Picking a daycare and boarding facility can be stressful: Will your dog be safe? Loved? And have fun, too? We’re here to help with a series highlighting the pup-lovingest daycares and boarding facilities in the Twin Cities and beyond.

Bed & Bone Too
Strike the word “kennel” from your vocab: Bed & Bone Too is warm, inviting, and chock full of touches that make it feel just like home for your four-legged family members. This Buffalo gem is more of a doggy vacation than a boarding facility: Your pups are gonna have just as much fun as you do when you head out of town.

Give The Doggies What They (And You) Want
Bed & Bone Too is situated on a picturesque curve of the Crow River, with lush grounds perfect for lounging and playing outdoors (current temperatures notwithstanding). Their indoor spaces are perfectly set up for play and sleep, with areas divided by temperament to ensure that your pups enjoy the time with their bunkmates. “It is up to them whether they play with their friends inside or out or watch television and just relax,” owner Madree Mutsch tells us.

In addition to its comfy features, Bed & Bone Too boasts comprehensive amenities. “Comfort is the key when it comes to our dog boarding services,” says Madree. “We provide daytime and overnight boarding options and taxi services (Editor’s note: this includes to/from the Twin Cities), all of which are aimed at creating the least disruption possible from your dog’s normal routines. Our pet bed and breakfast also offers grooming and bath plans for our customers.”

And with more than 25 years of experience, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your pets are in great hands while you’re away. (When you visit, don’t forget to dole out belly rubs to Freedom and Rhythm, the two Poodles who reside on site!)

The Hooman Perspective
The reviews are in: Judy G. says, “If we could rate Bed & Bone Too even higher we would! Paige and Abbey are in good hands with Madree and her team. The girls are not only taken care of but loved. They love being with their little four-legged friends too and come home exhausted from partying. Thank you, everyone at Bed & Bone for taking such good care of our girls!”

Another reviewer, Kelly M., raves, “Bed & Bone Too is the best. Madree and her team do an amazing job. We won’t have our dog stay anywhere else. Sally comes back after her stay happy, tired, and healthy! Thank you Madree!”
