Sir Sniff-O-Lot plans on following his nose to fun this weekend, so you better make sure you’re included! From an indoor dog park, to a farmers market, to a bakery for pups, you can make the most of the weekend with these dog-friendly Seattle events.
Dogwood Play Park, Seattle
Thursday, November 10, 7–9 p.m.
Doggo wants to start the weekend early—that’s one smart puppy! Take your brilliant bud to trivia at Dogwood Play Park to exercise the mind, body, and right to drink. Gather a few frens (6 players per team) and compete to win 75% of the pot (25% goes to local shelters) and a round of drinks. Bone up on the rules of Dogwood before you go.
University Way NE between 50th & 52nd, Seattle
Saturday, November 12, 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
Follow pup’s rumbling tummy to the University District farmers market to bask in the smells and tastes of Seattle’s oldest food-centric market. This vibrant year-round event has been filling bellies since 1993, and some of the vendors have been around darn near that long so you know they know food even better than Fido!
Seattle Barkery, Seattle
Saturday, November 12, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
We know solving the same puzzle over and over again gets old—well, our dogs feel the same! Bring your puzzle-loving pup to pick out a new challenge at Seattle Barkery’s Great Puzzle Exchange, at their South Lake Union and Shoreline locations. Bring the brain games you’re done with to pass on to other pups, and go home with a few new ones to stimulate that doggo mind.
4. Scent Hound and Site Hound Meetups
Dog Yard Bar, Seattle
Saturday, November 12 and Sunday, November 13, 9–10 a.m.
