Getting Started
The bed shipped fast and came packed super well to prevent damage. The directions say to let the memory form sit out for two days to expand properly. The pillow bolster part was already in the bed so that was nice, you do need to take it out when washing the bed. Once we let the memory foam fully expand we are able to insert it into the bottom part of the bed. It is a tight squeeze, but once it’s all together it is a really nice supportive bed. It also came with a dog toy which was a great distraction for my dogs since they can’t use the new bed right away.
Design
As far as the design goes, I am very impressed. The bottom part of the bed has a little grip on it so it doesn’t slide on the floors as easily and is waterproof. The memory foam part of the bed is super soft and comfortable and the bolster is great for dogs to be able to rest their head while they’re sleeping. My dogs love sleeping that way.
Having a bed with a removable cover is a must for us in our house. This one meets those needs as well, but is a bit more snug than some other beds we’ve used.
Performance
This bed performance is on par for how it is advertised. It’s an orthopedic memory foam bed that helps mold to your dogs bones and structure when they’re laying in it. We have never actually had a memory foam bed so I will be curious to see how the memory foam holds up, I do think it would be easy to replace if ever needed. My dogs are enjoying this bed so far. They can curl up in the middle or spread out. It really offers many comfortable sleeping positions.
Quality
This bed has some nice durability features including grips on the bottom to help it be non-slip, the memory foam pad is also encased in a nice waterproof cover, the stitching seems strong, and overall is a very well made bed.
Price
The price is on point and a very good price point for what this bed offers. We got a large and it’s a good size for my 25 lb. dogs. I think bigger dogs could use it but wouldn’t be able to spread out as comfortably. So, I feel like the sizing is a bit off, I would say this large bed feels more like a medium.
Final Verdict
We are very happy with this bed and the dogs have been enjoying restful naps in it. Between the quality, shape and washable cover this is a bed we would recommend to other pet parents.
