This Incredible MN Home for Sale is Every Dog Lover’s Dream

[Editor’s note: See this stunning place in person at the Open House this Saturday (6/2) and Sunday (6/3) from 12-2pm at 2855 Copeland Rd in Independence (map).]

All dogs go to heaven. And some lucky pups get to live like it’s heaven here on earth.

This knock-your-socks off retreat for sale in Independence, MN is just a half hour from Minneapolis. (Click here for more details including price.)

The best part? Your dogs will drool over it, too.

Let’s start with the stunning grounds. Leave your leash in the house as you walk your puppers around 22 acres of lush, private land. They’ll bound up and down the trails in every season, grinning back at you at each turn. A dog could live a whole lifetime here and never run out of sniffs.

Ready for a W-A-L-K? No leash necessary.

After your daily romp, a back yard door leads directly inside to the gardening room, featuring heated tile floors and a dog-wash station. Rinsing muddy paws or taking care of that dreaded B-word (bath) has never been so convenient.

Post-rinse, your Fluffy can dry off while lounging in the comfort of her very own heated indoor/outdoor kennel space.

And with 4600+ finished square feet, the toughest decision your doggo will make each day might be choosing which room to take their nap. [Editor’s note: My Brody would spend a lot of time cuddled up in front of one of the home’s three fireplaces.]

Hard to believe this place is fur real.

By now you know your dog will fall head over tail in love with this picturesque place, but what about you? Here are some features that makes it a sweet spot for humans, too:

  • Enormous screened porch with a cedar ceiling
  • Wrap-around porch overlooking woods and landscaped grounds
  • Cedar shingles, vaulted ceilings, and rustic accents
  • Multiple spaces for entertaining, including a home theater with tiered recliners — perfect for your Old Yeller or Marley & Me viewing parties
  • Wet bar with built-in aquarium
  • Elevator (humans will have to push the buttons due to that whole “opposable-thumbs” thing)
  • Barn with a bonus upper level

And so much more! This is truly just the beginning of what makes this house your perfect new home. It’s well within commuting distance of the Twin Cities, so loads of local dog lovers are gonna want to get their paws on it — don’t delay in contacting Lindsay (763.350.0022email) to set up a showing. You can also see it in person at the Open House this Saturday and Sunday, June 2nd and 3rd from 12-2pm at 2855 Copeland Rd in Independence (map). (If you go to the Open House, don’t even think about not sharing a pic with us on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram!)

Spread the woof! We want this home to go to the dogs.

Spectacular! This is just what we need for our 4 rescue and special needs dogs. We’re looking to buy a different home, can’t stay in our current city, they only allow 2 dogs. Easy to dream about it, impossible for us to buy though. 🙂

Stunning! Wow, too bad I didn’t win the lottery last night. The only problem is I’m not sure how I would get my Great Danes into the doggie bath!! Absolutely gorgeous property.
