Jonesin’ for a pugkin spice latte but don’t wanna leave your pupper at home? These dog-friendly Seattle coffee shops welcome you and your fluffier half with a caffeinated beverage and plenty of belly rubs (you know, respectively).
P.S. Pandemic puppers: in the yikes that is 2020, we doo always recommend calling ahead!
1. Zoka Coffee
Zoka (pictured above) is your one-pup-shop for lovely latte art, local artists creating masterpieces in-house, and tasty drinks and snackies. They’ve got shops all over the Seattle area, including University Village, Green Lake, Kirkland, and South Lake Union. Dogs can wait in line for to-go orders, but otherwise must sip their oat milk matcha latte, extra whip, no coffee, no milk, on the patio.
2. Stone Way Café
Stone Way is only open for to-go orders at this time.
Come for the coffee, stay for the food, craft beer, and live music. This family-owned cafe in the Fremont area welcomes dogs and their well-behaved humans. Stone is just a 10-minute walk from the Fremont Troll, The Fremont Farmers Market (summer Sundays), and every pup’s favorite dog-friendly diner, Norm’s!
3. QED Coffee
QED Coffee has no indoor seating during this time, but they would still ruv to give pup a treat when you order to-go at their walk-up windows.
The folx at QED ruv dogs just as much as they enjoy making you a quality pup o’ joe. They have locations in Mt. Baker and South Lake Union. If you hit the SLU location, take a walk across the street to the Seattle Center Park fur epic close-up views of the Space Needle.
4. Armistice Coffee Roaster
With locations in East Lake and Roosie, Armistice serves delicious coffee (roasted in house!), bakery goodies, and even dog treats for good boys and girls. Outdoor seating includes fire pits to stay extra toasty while you sip your tumeric latte. Bonus: They are woman-owned, which we ruv.
5. BARK! Espresso
Serving the Seattle-local Cafe Vita Coffee and treats from nearby Macrina Bakery, this cozy Pinehurst cafe’ll make you feel right at home. Put your paws up in this living room setup or post up at a table to get some work done. There’s a separate Hound Hang area of the cafe, and they’re servin’ up doggy biscuits and pooch lattes.
