THE HOOMAN PERSPECTIVE
Is it nature you crave? Take in the wetland views of this creekside gem. Wanna gaze upon urban lights without being in the midst of them? Check out the view from the rooftop. Brand new apartments boast contemporary amenities and comfortable, modern design; convenient location offers access to indoor and outdoor fun alike.
A paw-ticularly well-mannered resident pup who calls Overlook home, and the straight-up woof from a yappy resident:
“I moved here with my Yorkie, Izzie, about a month ago. The apartments are nice, new, and spacious — and we have a large balcony that Izzie loves sunning herself on. Izzie gets free dog treats at the front desk, and behind the property, there’s a wooded area we enjoy walking through. We both love living here!” — Stephanie, Overlook resident
THE DOG-FRIENDLY DEETS
Pooches will lurve trotting across the lobby and popping into the office for treats with every coming and going, and people will swoon over the pawsome pet wash station. (Both the easily chilled and the fluff-anistas will dig the blow-dryer.) Ready to shake ‘n sniff — aka socialize with — your fellow residents? Yappy hours are in the works!
When your dog requires a romp, the off-leash areas at Cedar Knoll Park and Dakota Park (St. Louis Park) and Van Valkenburg Park (Edina) are just a short drive away. And although Minnetonka’s Purgatory Park isn’t technically off-leash, there are plenty of trails criss-crossing the middle where pups have been seen running free (and splashing in the creek). If you walk the outer path, we advise keeping them leashed as there are often a number of two-leggeds walking, running, and biking. Wanna log some mileage with your (leashed) pal? Nearby Hopkins is your hub, hooking up the 15-mile Lake Minnetonka LRT Regional Trail (Victoria to Hopkins) and the 4.5-mile Cedar Lake LRT Regional Trail (Hopkins to Minneapolis).
