As the fast pace of Windy City life trots along, it’s important to remember to stop and snarf the flowers once in a while. Luckily, friendly neighborhood garden stores are chock full of earthy, floral aromas, inviting outdoor decor, and all the supplies a gardener and their best friend could possibly need to start rolling around in the dirt. 1. Plant Salon
West Town’s Plant Salon is a Black-owned beauty and plant studio featuring not only gorgeous plants, but the incredible self-care products we need to stay thriving in a tough year. Your pup’ll love being greeted by staff members who are thrilled to make her acquaintance, but she’ll *really* be beside herself when she peeps owner Nika’s private collection of rare plants.
2. Farmer’s Market Garden Center
Known for their wide selection and reasonable prices, Farmer’s Market Garden Center‘ll probably make a repeat customer of your pup. The folks at this shop just love animals, which is why a cat colony has elected to appoint themselves professional shelf warmers. Free-roaming felines aren’t for everypawdy, so choose your plant shop accordingly!
3. The Plantier
