We have a 12 year old Border Collie/Lab mix who was starting to get really stiff and had a hard time getting up stairs. Our vet suggested Rimadyl but after research on the internet we decided to try a rehab option rather than medication. When we got their for our first appointment, Dr. Julia and an assistant took all kinds of measurements to see how stiff Dave's joints were. Dave also got her first chiropractic adjustment that same night. Dr. Julia came up with a plan for Dave which included home exercises, and twice weekly sessions on the water treadmill. I really wasn't sure this would help... but now that Dave has had 7 session on the treadmill, a couple of adjustments and all her home exercises - she is doing so much better. Not only does she go up the stairs better, but she has gained muscle mass in her back legs. I'm truly a believe in the services they offer and I plan to keep Dave going so she doesn't lose the muscle mass again. I am very happy with the services I have been given at TC Rehab!! :-)
