Cedar Pointe Townhomes
Located conveniently in Minnetonka, Cedar Pointe Townhomes are just ten minutes from downtown Minneapolis, yet offer plenty of open space for you and your pooch to enjoy. These 1BD, 2BD, 3BD or 4BD units come stylishly equipped with nine foot and faulted ceilings and ceramic tile. Some units enjoy screened-in porches and gas fireplaces. Full size washer/dryer in each townhome. There is a $250 pet deposit per pet, as well as a $50 monthly fee for dogs. No weight restrictions. Restricted breeds: bulldog, bullmastiff, chow chow, Doberman pinscher, German pinscher, German shepherd, any type of pittbull, presa canario, rottweiler and Staffordshire terrier.
