Dog Lover in Indy

When my husband told me he had decided to get me something for my birthday "on his own" I immediately became worried. Ha! Thus, I had low expectations for my present. However, when I opened my drawing that Cindy had completed of my dog and I, it took my breath away. It was beyond wonderful. She captured everything perfectly. What a wonderful, thoughtful, caring and unique gift. It brought me to tears. I have it hanging in my office so that I can look at it each day. Love it, love it, love it!

We have had Cindy do 3 different portraits for us in both pastel and charcoal. She has done a remarkable job of capturing the essence of our pets in all 3 of the paintings, creating lasting memories for us. She is a pleasure to work with and she has always gone the extra mile to accomodate our timeline or keep the project a secret when we needed it. We consider her work to be the BEST!!!!!!

I gave the best possible rating because my experience with Cindy was so special and so perfect. I cannot fully express my gratitude for the care and love she captured in her portrait of our springer Maggie. I have known Cindy through business originally, have visited her booth at the State Fair and had seen her work with pets there. So when I was struggling to find just the right gift for my husband's retirement gift, Cindy doing a portrait of Maggie, our beloved springer, was the ideal answer. When Cindy and I met to deliver the final work and she showed it to me, my first reaction was tears. It was so perfect in capturing our pup's personality, and she included two very meaningful momentos in the background from Mike's dad and grandfather just for added meaning. It will always be one of our most meaningful treasures because it will keep Maggie with us even after she is gone. Cindy was a joy to work with and she delivered the gift of a lifetime.
