Very professional and caring. The day we brought our sweet Jimmy in to the U of M to be Euthanized was the worst day of my life. A week later, when we went to Pets Remembered to pick up the ashes, it was a blur. But, I look back on that day and remember two caring people who were sincerely able to empathize and truly cared for us and our loss. The urn is absolutely beautiful and the job professional. I cannot recommend this place enough. Definitely go to Pets Remembered when you find yourself in need of this type of service. You will be very glad you did.

I have known Skip & Carol for years, the same compassion they exhibited in their last profession they have brought to this one. If you need pet cremation services THIS IS the only name to trust.

Absolutely the most incredible service we have ever used. They supported us through this difficult time and we had our boy back the following morning. I cannot speak more highly of Pets Remembered. They are angels in disguise.

As it is Thanksgiving weekend, Carter and Roxanne wanted to share our thanks for the exceptional care given by Skip, owner of Pets Remembered for our Westie, Nanuaq! The care and love given to our just passed Westie made letting go of our 11 year Best Friend Ever easier to cope with his loss. Their services for cremation of Nanuaq was white glove and top shelf. The care given to our lost pet was extraordinary! Skip came and took Nanuaq in a lovely bassinet type basket with blankets so soft you would have happily put a new baby in the basket. We picked up his ashes the next day in a beautiful carved wooden box. They made a keepsake of a lock of his hair and a paw print. Once again, the care and love given to our boy was unsurpassed. PLEASE PLEASE call Pets Remembered when you lose your beloved pet. You will never regret using Pets Remembered! Remember the other choice you have...and I don't mean to sound crass but if you don't use Pets Remembered, your pet will be put in a plastic bag, put in a freezer until it is convenient for your vet or crematorium to pick your pet up for cremation. Your pet then will be cremated with a group of dogs instead of just your pet alone, and then you have to wait until it is convenient for your vet and crematorium to schedule your pet's ashes to be dropped off at the vet. THIS TREATMENT OF OUR BELOVED PET WAS UNACCEPTABLE! Pets Remembered does everything right - picking up your pet the same day, cremation one at a time and you receive your beloved lost pet back the next day. You are doing your pet and yourself a disservice if you do not use Pet Remembered. They are the BEST!

I found Pets Remembered here on the Sidewalk Dog directory back in January of this year. My cat Jada died suddenly at home on New Year's day. I was distraught and not sure what to do at that point. All the vets were closed for the holiday and I wasn't sure what to do with her little self. I knew I wanted to have her cremated, so I thought that I might look for cremation services directly. I found Pets Remembered on this site and it turned out to be a very wonderful experience. I called their number and they said they were available anytime to handle the arrangements. I was so sad, but they met me at their door with open arms and understanding. Their space is calm and quiet and a peaceful place to say goodbye to your loved one. The next day I was able to pick up Jada's ashes. They provided a very lovely wooden box to bring her home. They've got many other options for urns and keepsakes, but I chose the simple box. They also provided a plaster pawprint, some grief materials, and lots and lots of kindness. I am grateful to them for helping me through the difficult time. I will use them again when the time arises.
